Working principle

1. Yideli PC series hammer crusher has a rotor disc with a hammer head driven by a motor , which drives the hammer head to make a high - speed circular motion .
 2. When the material enters the crushing cavity , it is hit by the high speed rotating hammer head and the material is shot to the counterattack plate at high speed . After the impact , the frictional impact between the high - speed flying materials is broken . 
3. The materials that meet the particle size requirements are discharged from the specified screen holes . 
4. The material whose particle size does not meet the requirements after being crushed once will be crushed again by the hammer along with  the new material .
