Technical Parameters

Working principle:

The rotor disc with hammer head of PQ series strong impact crusher is driven by the motor to drive the hammer head to make a high-speed circular motion.
When the material enters the crushing cavity, it is hit by the high speed rotating hammer head and the material is shot to the counterattack plate at high speed. After the impact, the frictional impact between the high-speed flying materials is broken. The materials that meet the particle size requirements are discharged from the discharge port by gravity.For materials that do not meet the requirements of particle size after being crushed once, large pieces of materials return to the crushing area to continue crushing. The size of the discharge granularity can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the lower impact plate and the hammer head.
