Working principle

Performance characteristics

1.PF series impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When working, the rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor.
2. The materials entering from the feed port are crushed by the high-speed impact of the rotating plate hammer in the first crushing chamber and ejected to the first impact plate above the rotor for impact crushing
and impact and friction crushing between materials.
3. Most of the materials smaller than the gap between the plate hammer and the first impact plate enter the second crushing chamber with the plate hammer, and the materials larger than the gap are ejected again with the new materials.
4. The materials entering the second and third crushing chambers are repeatedly crushed in the same way until they are crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
5. Adjusting the gap between the impact plate bracket and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the material discharge particle size and material shape.
