Working principle:

The three-phase asynchronous motor of PE series jaw crusher drives the rotor eccentric shaft to rotate at the specified speed through a V-belt. The movable jaw head suspended on the eccentric shaft is eccentrically pushed by the eccentric shaft and supported by the lower shaft plate. Next, the movable jaw plate is driven to move along a certain movement track, squeezing and shearing relative to the fixed jaw plate, so as to realize the crushing of the material.the material smaller than the discharge port is discharged from the discharge port under the action of its own weight. The near-circular movement track on the upper part of the movable jaw plate is helpful for the crushing of large pieces of materials. The lower long elliptical movement track makes the output higher and the particle size more uniform.
