Company Introduction:
Jinan Yideli Mining Machinery Co., Ltd (JYMM) was founded in 2001, focusing on the crusher industry. Its main products include crushers such as sand making machines, hammer crushers, jaw crushers, crusher accessories such as hammer heads, and crusher supporting equipment. JYMM is one of the drafting units of national standard, meriting of its leadership in bimetallic composite hammerhead. Aside, JYMM′s series of products are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, electric power, mining and other industries. Inorganic ceramic sand binder molding shell technique was adopted by JYMM, and it also has fully equipped facilities, e. g. Energy-saving steel shell intermediate frequency melting furnace, fiber trolley-type electric-resistance furnace, automatic core shooting machine etc. Moreover, JYMM possesses advanced physical and chemical characterization equipment, e. g. Metallurgical microscope, spectral analyzer, high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur instrument, desktop hardness tester and other imported facilities. JYMM has passed ISO9001: 2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001: 2015 environmental management system certification and ISO45001: 2018 occupational health and safety management system certification.
JYMM possesses experienced technicians who have rich manufacturing experience. Its general manager (GM)- Mr. Xianzhong Ping has been awarded many scientific and technological progress awards at the provincial and national level, including one National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, one Scientific and Technological Progress Award of the State Mechanical Commission, and two Scientific and Technological Progress Awards of Shandong Province. JYMM is the director unit of the Steel Wear-resistant Material Industry Technology Innovation Union, one of China Foundry Industry "Thousands of Key Backbone Enterprises", China Steel Wear-resistant Material Industry Technology Roadmap participant, Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Center, National High-tech Enterprise, and one of the first-batch announcement enterprise of "Foundry Enterprises Specification Condition".
JYMM actively engages in industry-academia-research collaboration with establishing long-term co-operation with Shenyang Foundry Research Institute, Jinan University (Guangzhou) and other colleges and universities, which promotes the sustainable development of the company. JYMM built R & D platform, e. g. Linyi City Enterprise Technology Center and Wear-resistant Castings Engineering Centre (2015); "Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Center Science and Technology Innovation Platform" (2017) approved by the Provincial Economy and Information Technology Commission. JYMM won the Linyi Standard Innovation Contribution Award for two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018, and it was listed as one of the "Four Hundred" demonstration enterprises for the energy transformation by Linyi City, and was honored as an advantageous enterprise for "speciality, refinement and newness" by China Foundry Association.
